Does BCG Vaccine Inhibit Wuhan-virus?

My friend and former colleague, Kulawat Pom Wongsaroj , sent me this link to a paper that suggests an interesting hypothesis that might give hope to SEASIAN countries and any place with widespread policies for BCG vaccines used to protect against TB (tuberculosis).

Based on published numbers, countries with BCG policies are seeing a lot lower number of incidents than countries that don't have it - mostly in the West like Italy, Spain, Holland, USA. Note it's not a formal study but it does identify some interesting and promising correlations. It also notes the fact that this could be also explained by poor data capture or reporting efforts of these countries but they've done some additional correlation checks that seem to support the notion that this vaccine does seem to actually inhibit the Wuhan-virus. Promising if True. Thailand absolutely needs something like this to be real because otherwise we're in big big trouble.
